Types of Service
When booking our service you have the option of choosing between our standard or VIP shuttle.

 

Standard Express

 

 Providing excellent service. Top class mini-coaches with the possibility of no more than 2 additional stops in local area. Minimum waiting time on return transfers.
VIP Express
 Providing excellent service. Top class mini-coaches with direct service each way.

Additional Charges
Please note the following fees: -

$70 surcharge for VIP Express service each way
$4 charge for credit card transactions
$1 EFTPOS fee
$3 fee for cabcharge
$8 fee for airport parking on return transfers
$5 fee for pickups after 9:00pm
Meeting Points
On return trips, the customer is asked to wait at a set point within the terminal. Our driver will be carrying a small whiteboard with your name on it. It is important for the customer to remain at this set point.

Domestic and Express Terminals

 After collecting your baggage remain near the carousel as this is where the driver will be waiting to collect you. Please note that Qantas flights with the flight number QF1600 onwards now arrive and depart the former Ansett terminal. This terminal is now known as Terminal 2.

International Terminal

Cruise Ship Terminal Please wait inside the terminal for your driver. This terminal becomes very busy during shipping arrivals, so your patience is appreciated.
Pick-up Times
Airport Connection Services operate 7 days a week, from early morning to late in the evening.
Home - Airport We contact the customer 24 hours prior to the departure date to confirm an exact pick-up time.
Airport - Home Due to the unreliable nature of return flight times at Sydney Airport, we are unable to provide an exact pick-up time from the Airport or Cruise Terminals, however we do aim to make the customers waiting time at the terminal as short as possible.
